NEXT WEEK Many schools celebrate Ski Week, so we will have a somewhat abbreviated practice schedule next week 2/18-2/22.

Also, Ski Week is a good week to get a private lesson if you aren’t skiing off cornices at Squaw Valley! Email me at mike@northbayaquatics.org to schedule a lesson with one of the coaches!

ARIZONA— this weekend! I have ‘goodie bags’ for swimmers who did not attend this past Saturday’s practice. Entries have been finalized and meet info can be found on the page sent out in the update. NAPA RECAP — the Tuna were in action this past weekend in sunny, hot Napa (okay, it was a deluge), but they performed great! We had a bunch of best times and gained valuable experience! We’ve been working on transitions, and Mike reported that the work is paying off with crisp/fast turns and finishes. Nice job Tuna!
